2. Press “Buy Now.”
3. You will be taken to a PayPal screen. Scroll down on that page to use Pay Pal or press “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”
4. Fill out the requested information on that new screen and press “Pay Now.”
Thank you for your interest in our conference. Please fill out the registration form, and then click the link below to register. The link will take you to the page to pay your registration. We understand that the past year has been challenging for all of us in many ways, if the conference fee is a barrier to your participation please email us at contact@isqrmm.org and we can discuss a reduced registration fee. We hope that finances will not be a barrier to sharing the work of the ISQRMM and our honored presenters.
Once you register, you will automatically receive the zoom link for the conference as part of your receipt. We look forward to your participation in this year’s conference which features many exciting speakers. If you are a Music Therapist, Acupuncturist, or Chinese Medical provider, please let us know so that you may receive proper documentation of attendance for continuing education credit.
