The history of ISQRMM spans from our inaugural conference in 2011 at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, USA, which was rated among the best conferences by the Utah Business Bureau. Following that success, ISQRMM successfully held the 2nd biennial conference at The University of Georgia, Athens, GA (USA) in 2013, the 3rd biennial conference at Immaculata University, Immaculata, PA (USA) in 2015, the 4th biennial conference at Bridgeport University in Bridgeport, CT (USA) in 2017, and the 5th ISQRMM biennial conference at Molloy College, Rockville, New York (USA) in 2019. Once again, we now owe immense gratitude to the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, CT, USA for facilitating the 2021 ISQRMM Virtual Conference. We are also grateful that the University of Bridgeport, in Bridgeport, CT, USA will once again be facilitating the 2023 ISQRMM Virtual Conference.
Why you should attend ISQRMM conference
“One of the most anticipated music and medicine conferences of the year”- (Akombo, 2011)
ISQRMM conference participants customarily enjoy both amiable and amicable professional relationships including but not limited to professional collegiality, professional interaction through discourses, and collaborative inquiries on scientific research on music and medicine, all with one common objective — to find answers to unanswered questions and asking new research questions on music and medicine. ISQRMM invites all music scholars and allied health practitioners to submit proposals. Master’s and Doctoral students are also encouraged to participate. Presenters on complementary and alternative therapies on the human body, mind, and soul are welcome as well as cultural approaches and social science studies in quantitative research-based approaches.
